What we did
- Bilingual site, with a 29-item Menu schema and the four press articles linked as subjectOf.
- Google Business Profile taken over; menu rebuilt (6 sections, 28 items); 40 of 44 reviews answered.
- One entity out of three spellings: Wikidata Q141171042, sameAs to GBP, Yelp, Instagram and the order page.
- www → apex 301, Search Console and Bing Webmaster verified, sitemap submitted.

Still weak
The Chinese assistants: Doubao, Qwen and DeepSeek sit at 5%, and Kimi fell from 40% to 22.5%. There is no Xiaohongshu or Dianping footprint yet.
